Position: Rubber Molding Machine Operator

Number of vacancies: 10

Job Description:

  • Operate rubber molding or vulcanizing machines to produce products according to technical specifications.

  • Ensure product quality, productivity, and workplace safety.

  • Participate in the company’s training program for inexperienced candidates.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate; vocational or technical diploma in mechanics or industrial fields is an advantage.

  • Experience: Candidates with experience operating rubber molding, heat press, vulcanizing, or plastic molding machines are preferred.

  • Skills:

    • Able to read and understand basic technical instructions.

    • Hardworking, careful, disciplined, and able to follow standard procedures.

  • Health: Good physical condition; able to work in shifts.
